Renewable Energy & Energy Management

Powering the Territory sustainably

At MEC NT, we believe the future of energy is local, smart, and sustainable. Our Renewable Energy & Energy Management services are designed to help communities, businesses, and government facilities across the Northern Territory reduce their carbon footprint, improve energy efficiency, and gain independence from traditional grid systems.

From solar installations in remote roadhouses to hybrid energy systems for defence and commercial sites, we deliver tailored solutions that work in the Territory’s toughest conditions.

What we offer

MEC NT specialises in:

Solar PV System Design & Installation

We’ve delivered solar systems ranging from 7.4kW residential setups to 100kW commercial arrays, including export-limited systems with smart monitoring and analytics.

Hybrid Energy Systems

Our work with SP PRO Series 2i inverter chargers and battery banks enables seamless transitions between grid-connected and off-grid modes. These systems intelligently manage energy flow based on load demand, battery state of charge, and time-of-day tariffs.

Energy Storage & Battery Management
