Site-Specific Project Management Plans

Every project begins with a tailored PMP that outlines objectives, responsibilities, risk controls, and compliance requirements. These plans are developed in consultation with clients and stakeholders and evolve throughout the project lifecycle. 

Leadership & Compliance

Our project managers lead by example, ensuring all work is carried out safely, environmentally responsibly, and in accordance with WHS regulations, SWMS, and site safety rules. 

Risk Management & High-Risk Activities

We identify and mitigate risks across confined spaces, excavation, electrical isolation, hot work, and hazardous materials. Our PMs oversee inspections, audits, and corrective actions to maintain safety and quality. 

Subcontractor & Resource Coordination

MEC NT project managers liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth operations. We manage procurement, scheduling, and workforce planning to avoid delays and conflicts. 

Communication & Consultation

We facilitate toolbox talks, team meetings, and client briefings to keep everyone informed and aligned. Our PMs maintain clear documentation and communication channels throughout the project.

Quality Assurance & Handover

Our team ensures inspection and test plans (ITPs) are followed, defects are managed, and final handover documentation is complete and compliant. We conduct periodic audits and maintain detailed records for every project.
