Known for his practical leadership and deep technical knowledge, Sam oversees complex projects from concept to completion, ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction. His mobile-first approach and commitment to local workforce development make him a driving force behind MEC NT’s success.

Ciaran co-leads MEC NT with a focus on strategic project delivery and operational excellence. With a background in fieldwork and project management, Ciaran is known for his calm leadership style and ability to navigate high-pressure environments. He’s deeply involved in client engagement, tendering, and ensuring that MEC NT’s work meets the highest standards across civil, defence, and remote installations.

Jake is the engine room of MEC NT’s day-to-day operations. As Operations Manager, he coordinates teams, resources, and logistics to keep projects running smoothly. Jake’s proactive communication and systems thinking help streamline workflows and ensure that every job—big or small—is delivered on time and on budget.

Darren leads MEC NT’s financial strategy and governance. With a background in corporate finance and operational leadership, he ensures the business remains financially strong, transparent, and scalable. Darren is also a key driver of digital transformation and systems integration, helping MEC NT stay ahead in a competitive market.

Brent brings technical precision and project coordination to MEC NT’s communications and IT infrastructure. As Technical Project Manager, he oversees installations, RFQs, and vendor engagement across defence and commercial projects. Brent’s ability to manage complex technical scopes and maintain clear communication makes him a vital link between field teams and clients.

Ian is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager overseeing major projects across MEC NT’s portfolio. With more than 30 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, Ian brings strong leadership, technical oversight, and practical delivery focus to the business. He works closely with project teams to support successful project outcomes, while also playing a key role in developing project systems, processes, and delivery frameworks that strengthen consistency, governance, and performance across the organisation.

Hayley supports MEC NT’s people operations with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. Her role spans HR workflows, employee engagement, and system updates, ensuring the team is supported and aligned with company values. Hayley’s approachable style and attention to detail help foster a positive workplace culture.

Emily is MEC NT’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor and plays a key role in supporting the safe and compliant delivery of our projects across the Northern Territory. With a strong background working within construction environments, Emily brings a practical, on‑the‑ground approach to safety management, working closely with site teams to promote best practice, risk awareness, and continuous improvement. Based in the Greater Darwin area, she is known for her proactive mindset, strong communication, and commitment to ensuring safety remains a core part of MEC NT’s culture and day‑to‑day operations.

Amy is the backbone of MEC NT’s administrative operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of compliance, project and administrative systems, she manages a team of people who cover everything from payroll, project administration, and HR coordination. Amy’s calm efficiency and people-first approach make her a trusted point of contact across the business.
