Project Overview
MEC NT delivered a refurbishment of the RAAF Tindal Tennis Courts, including the supply and installation of 12 x Riva Sports G2 sports lights across three courts. The scope included lighting design, lux level testing, and provision of Handover-Takeover (HOTO) documentation.
Challenge
Deliver compliant, high-performance sports lighting in a remote Defence facility, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, adherence to technical compliance standards (AS2560.2.1, AS4282:2019), and on-time delivery.
Solution

Designed, supplied, and installed sports lighting system.
Utilised own Elevated Work Platform (EWP) for installation.
Completed lux level testing and all compliance documentation.
Managed logistics and resources to ensure timely delivery in a remote location.
