Project Overview
MEC NT undertook a comprehensive electrical infrastructure project for the Mount Bundy Training Area (MBTA), delivering sitewide upgrades to support operational requirements and future scalability. The scope included high-voltage (HV) reticulation.
Challenge
The project required extensive HV electrical works across a large, remote site. Key challenges included:
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders under Defence compliance frameworks.
- Managing logistics for HV pole installation and underground reticulation.
- Ensuring safety and quality through structured ITPs and audits.

- Delivering works in a remote environment with strict timelines.
